The Comparison tab lets you view two sessions side-by-side so you can evaluate how similar workouts differed in execution and outcome.

This is designed for questions like:

  • “Did I ride the same session harder or easier this time?”

  • “Did my heart rate respond differently for the same power?”

  • “Did my intervals get cleaner or fade more?”

How to Use It

  • Select a Session to compare
    On the right side, choose a suggested similar session. If the session you want isn’t listed, use Select a range (top left) to change the date window and retrieve sessions from another period.

  • Read the side-by-side summary & visualize differences
    Assess variations in raw data, intervals, and key metrics, allowing you to spot gains or areas for targeted improvement.

With Vekta’s comparison tool, tracking performance changes becomes easier. Use it as a routine check for repeat sessions:

  • Compare the last time you did the workout, not just “a hard day.”

  • Look first at average power + average HR together (cost vs output).

  • Then inspect the streams and the intervals to identify where differences occurred (early vs late, work vs recovery).
