Vekta's Session Analysis is designed to move you beyond basic summaries and into the "why" behind every performance. Clicking into any completed Workout unlocks a granular, multi-layered view of your athlete's physiology and execution.

The analysis section is organised into six specialised tabs, along with a draggable Chat feature.

  1. Overview: A high-level snapshot of adherence and proprietary Vekta Volume and Intensity metrics.

  2. Data Streams: An interactive, multi-variable graphing tool for correlating metrics like Power, HR, and Core Temp.

  3. Zones: A detailed distribution of time and work (kJ) across Power and HR zones

  4. Intervals: AI-powered detection that automatically isolates and labels intervals.

  5. Peaks: A durability-focused view comparing current power outputs against historical bests and the athlete's ability to produce power under different levels of fatigue

  6. Session Comparison: Vekta uses AI to find similar past sessions so you can instantly compare efforts and understand an athlete's development over time.
