Click and hold on a resource (a planned training session, event, or note).

Activity Cards & Status Indicators
Each activity on the calendar is represented by a card that details the duration, distance, and training stimulus (eg, VO2, Recovery, Aerobic). To help you track consistency at a glance, we use colour-coded borders to indicate the status of each session:
Green: Performed and paired: Athlete completed the workout and the data has been synced/paired with the prescription.
Red: Prescribed but not performed. A workout was planned for this day but no activity was recorded.
Gray: Unplanned session. An activity that was performed and recorded but was not part of the training plan.
Manual Completion
For workouts where you aren't using a tracking device, such as strength training, yoga, or mobility work, you can manually mark it as complete:
Right-click directly on any prescribed session.
Select "Completed".
Hide Notes & Training Prescriptions
Vekta allows you to hide specific training prescriptions or notes from other users.
π‘ You can only hide resources that you created. If a workout or note was created by someone else, the hide option will not be available.
1. Hiding Workouts
You can hide a workout when building the Workout or after it has already been scheduled on the Calendar.
When Creating the Workout: When building up a new Workout, check the Hide box located in the bottom left corner of the creation window next to the "Save" button.
Existing Workouts: To hide a planned Workout, click into the session from your Calendar to Edit the workout (or E + click). Click the three-dot menu (top right) and select Hide.
2. Hiding Notes
Notes offer flexible visibility options, allowing you to keep information private indefinitely or reveal it at a scheduled time.
How to Hide: When creating or editing a note, look for the Hide Note dropdown in the bottom left corner.
Visibility Options:
Forever: The note remains hidden indefinitely.
Until: Set a specific date for the note to automatically become visible.
Never: The note remains visible to everyone with access to your Calendar.
3. Identifying Hidden Items on the Calendar
When an item is successfully hidden, it remains visible to you, but it is marked with a specific icon:
Eye Icon: A "slashed eye" icon will appear on the bottom right corner of the card on your calendar, indicating that the resource is currently hidden from others.
