Training Library
The Training Library is a tool designed to help you store, organize, and reuse sessions. You can access it by clicking on the icon at the bottom left of your Calendar.
Creating a Session and Adding It to Your Training Library
Create a Session from the Calendar:
Go to your calendar and create a session for the desired date.
Check the box labeled “Add to training sessions library” before saving the session. This will store the session in your library for future use.
Create a Session Directly from the Training Library:
Open your training library by selecting the bottom left icon on your Calendar.
Click the plus (+) button to create a new session directly within the library.
Navigating and Organizing Your Training Library
Organization by Sport and Stimulus: The training library is automatically organized by sport type and training stimulus, making locating sessions relevant to specific training goals easier.
Search Feature: Use the search bar at the top to quickly find sessions by name, sport, or specific keywords.
