Stryd
Vekta supports Stryd running data, pulling advanced running dynamics into your session analysis. Whether you're monitoring running efficiency, tracking form changes over a session, or comparing effort independent of pace, Vekta gives you the insights you need.
What You Can Do
View Stryd Power
Vekta displays your Stryd power data alongside your session stream data, giving you a measure of running effort that isn't affected by terrain, wind, or pace.
Track Running Form Metrics
Vekta also pulls in cadence, stride length, ground contact time, and vertical oscillation from your Stryd data, so you can see how your running form holds up (or breaks down) as a session progresses.
→ Learn more about reading these metrics in Streams.
How to Get Stryd Data into Vekta
Vekta pulls Stryd metrics from your session files, there's no separate Stryd account to connect. To make sure your Stryd data is available in Vekta:
Use a supported device that pairs with your Stryd pod and records its data to your activity file.
Make sure your activity file includes the saved Stryd fields (power, cadence, stride length, ground contact time, and vertical oscillation).
