How to Use Vekta's Post-Session Chat

  1. Navigate to the completed session within the Vekta platform.

  2. View Automated Feedback – The initial message in the chat displays Vekta's automated analysis of the session. Learn more here

  3. Engage in Discussion – Both coaches and athletes can add comments, share observations, and discuss any issues directly in the chat thread.

Tips for Providing Effective Feedback

  • Be Specific – Detail particular aspects of the session, such as how you felt during specific intervals or any challenges faced.

  • Include Contextual Factors – Mention external conditions like weather, nutrition, or equipment that may have influenced performance.

  • Reflect on Goals – Assess how the session aligned with your training objectives and any areas for improvement.

Edit or Delete a Message in a Chat

Need to make a correction or remove a message in a chat? You can easily edit or delete your messages directly from the chat interface on Desktop.

Here’s how:

  1. Right-click on the message you want to change.

  2. A menu will appear with two options:

    • Edit – to update the text of your message.

    • Delete – to remove the message entirely.

  3. Select your desired action, and you're done.

Note: This feature is currently available on Desktop only.
