Training Zones
Vekta offers two options to manage training intensity levels for each sport: Adaptive Training Zones or Custom Zones for a fully tailored approach.
What are Vekta Adaptive Training Zones?
In cycling, Vekta estimates training zones using a five-zone model based on Vekta-specific terminology (Learn more here). These zones automatically adjust daily, reflecting each athlete’s evolving progress and providing up-to-date intensity guidance.
How to Create Custom Zones
1. Select an Athlete’s Profile: Navigate to the Zones section and open settings.
2. Choose Your Sport and Zone Type: Select a sport and type (e.g., Power, Heart Rate, or Pace), then choose Custom to enter personalized values.
3. Customize Each Zone: Assign a color, name, and range for each zone.
4. Save Your Zones: Click Save to finalize your custom settings.
