Plan a Session

Planning training sessions for your athletes is quick and efficient with Vekta.

  1. Hover over a date on the calendar and click.

  2. Select Session.

  3. Select a Sport, add a title and description, then click Generate Structure (available for bike sessions only).

  4. Visualize the session and hit Save.

If your athlete use a Garmin device, the session will sync directly. Otherwise, they can download the structure file to upload to their preferred platform.
