Planning training sessions for your athletes in Vekta is designed to be both fast and intelligent.

Here’s how to create a session in just a few clicks:

  1. Open the Calendar: Hover over your chosen date and click to begin.

  2. Select "Session": Choose the option to create a new training session.

  3. Enter Session Details

    • Pick the sport

    • Add a title and description

    • For bike sessions, click Generate Structure to create a fully structured session with the help of our AI-powered builder. Learn more

  4. Review and Save: Visualize the session details, make any final tweaks, and hit Save to add it to the athlete’s calendar.
