Plan a Session

Planning your training sessions keeps you on track toward achieving your goals.

  1. Hover over a date on your calendar and click.

  2. Select Session.

  3. Select your Sport, add a title and description, then click Generate Structure (available for bike sessions only).

  4. Visualize your session and hit Save.

If you use a Garmin device, your session will sync directly. Otherwise, download the structure file to upload to your preferred platform.
