At Vekta we want you to feel confident in your decision to join our platform. If you decide that Vekta is not right for you, we will accept all refund requests made within 7 calendar days of the request date, regardless of reason. This period applies to any subscription payment you have most recently made.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  • Visit our support form or contact our team at support@joinvekta.com and submit a ticket with your name, email, subscription details, and reason for the refund request.

  • Be sure to include the date of your most recent payment so our team can verify your eligibility for a refund.

Our support team will review your request and respond with confirmation of the refund. Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Eligibility

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the payment date to be eligible for a full refund.

  • Only the most recent subscription charge can be refunded under this policy.

  • Requests made after 7 days from the payment date will not be eligible for a refund, but you will not incur future charges once you cancel your subscription.

Subscription Changes and Cancellation

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account and workspace billing settings.

  • Cancelling a subscription stops future billing, but does not automatically trigger a refund unless you submit a refund request within the allowed 7-day refund period.

  • After cancellation, you may continue to use Vekta features until the end of your current billing period.

Adaptive Training Plans

  • Adaptive Training Plans are personalized digital products generated specifically for each athlete. To protect the author’s intellectual property and due to the immediate delivery and use of these plans, no refunds can be granted once an Adaptive Training Plan has been purchased, regardless of usage.
