Create a Note

Notes are a powerful way to communicate with your coach, track recovery details, log mental or medical updates, or flag availability changes. In Vekta, you can easily attach a note to any day in your calendar.

  1. Open your Vekta calendar and click on the date where you want to add a note.

  2. In the session type options, select Note.

  3. At the top, choose a category for your note:

    • Rest Day

    • Availability

    • Training

    • Medical

    • Nutrition

    • Mental

    • Other

  4. Enter a title (optional) to quickly identify the note’s purpose and add your note content in the text field. Be as detailed as needed.

  5. Click Save to add the note to your calendar.
