Use the Training Library with Drag-and-Drop
Vekta’s Training Library allows you to efficiently store, organize, and reuse training sessions, making it easy to build structured training plans. With the drag-and-drop feature, you can quickly add sessions from your library directly to the calendar, streamlining scheduling for both coaches and athletes.
How to Use Drag-and-Drop with the Training Library
1. Access the Training Library
Go to the Calendar view.
Open the Training Library panel.
2. Drag and Drop a Session
Click and hold on a saved session in the library.
Drag it to the desired date in the calendar.
Release to add the session to the selected day.
3. Customize the Session
Click on the newly added session to edit details such as duration, intensity, or notes.
Need to reschedule? Simply drag the session to a different date.
To remove a session, right-click and select Delete.
