Tracking your weight consistently helps optimize your training and performance. Here’s how to log your weight in the Vekta mobile app:

Steps to Enter Your Weight

  1. Tap the + button (center tab in the app).

  2. Select "Add Weight".

  3. Enter your weight for the day.

  4. Tap "Save".

That’s it! Your weight is now recorded and can be used for tracking progress and performance trends over time.
